Top of funnel, lead gen would be the thing that we want to solve for. With a higher top of funnel or greater top of funnel, we can convert more customers into ARR.
We are using social outreach to increase engagement with the broader community. We have a CRM system that we use to track customer engagement and we have specific pipeline metrics that we're tracking as well.
